14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Need to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to help you! You can do so within 14 days of delivery. You can exchange or return quickly and easily by clicking here.

Returning is super easy in three steps:

Step 1: Fill in the return form and send back your order
Return the goods together with the completed returns form to the address on the returns form.

Step 2: Track and trace
Make sure to provide the parcel with a Track & Trace code so both you and we can keep track of the shipment.

Step 3: Get your money back
Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 2 working days.

Note:
For items on sale, VIVA Clean does not give refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
