What is the delivery status of my parcel ?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the Track-and-trace code.

This allows you to follow your package on the tracking page.

It may take 24 hours to receive this

What is the delivery time ?

We deliver typicall your parcel within 2-6 working days.

You will be informed when the delivery driver comes to you.

I am not at home to receive the package .

Not to worry, if the local delivery driver misses you. Your parcel will go to a pick-up point.

So you can collect your parcel at your convenience.

ORDER

Can I still change my order?

Of course, it may happen that you want to change your order, for example because you want a different colour or size after all.

Please contact us asap, as soon as the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we can replace the item to your liking.

I want to order a sold-out item.

We are sorry that the item in question is out of stock.

You can leave a message and we will keep you informed when the stock is replenished.
