Return Policy

 We strive to make our customers happy with their purchases. Should you not be fully satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return conditions

Return period
You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order. The return period starts from the day you receive the product. 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the article, you can first return your order after which the purchase amount will be released for the new product.

State of the product
The product must be returned undamaged and in original condition. This means that the product must not have been used or worn, and all original labels and packaging must be intact. Products returned in damaged condition without notification are not eligible for return.

Return costs
The cost of returning products is at the customer's own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to avoid loss or damage in transit. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged.

Step 1: Send us an email with your order number and the reason, you will then receive your product return form.

Step 2: Fill in the return form and return your order

Send the items back well-packaged including track & trace to track the package. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged.

Return processing
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Upon receipt at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be processed and visible.
